Piki Skerrett-White

Born – Hamilton, being playing golf since the age of 10, lowest score 70 at the Rotorua Golf Club March 2011.
Biggest Sporting Influence – Michael Campbell
Memorable Sporting Moments – Representing the Rotorua Golf Club in senior pennants and Rotorua Boys High School at the 2010 & 2011 Super 8 Championships. Watching Danny Lee 2008 U.S Amateur Championship
Winning the 2011 Super 8 golf Stableford title at the Poverty Bay Golf Course.
Why do you play golf – Because I enjoy it heaps, this games is challenging and that is what makes it so rewarding when you play well, it is game that is entirely up to you as the player, to get better you have to practice hard, you only get good results from hard work and discipline.
Goals for the future – A Stroke Average of 74 or lower for the Rotorua Boys High School Order of Merit.  To be more dedicated to my own development as a player, I will read one Golf Book a term and keep my training diary up to date.
