Waiariki & RBHS Well Repersented in Final 32 at the New Zealand Amateur

Landyn Edwards, William Howard and Tyler lock have all made it through to the Match Play competition and will contest for the New Zealand Amateur Championship starting tomorrow. Saini Skudder, Chantelle Cassidy and Grace Senior have all made it through in the Womens section. Tomorrows matches are as follows.

William Brown is in great form as he top qualified on Saturday and won his first round match 5&4 in this weekends East Coast Open. the semi final and final are being played today.

Rotorua Boys High Gear up for Intercollegiate Comp

Rotorua Boys High Golf Academy played their last trail toady at the Beautiful Te Puke Golf Course, in great playing conditions the scoring was red hot. Everyone is very excited about Tuesday's Intercollegiate championship at Taupo Golf Club and we will be very well repersented with 3 Rotorua Boys High Team competing.

North Island Amatuer Championship

Ruel Pedersen is performing very well and is a model of consistency with rounds of 71 71 72 he is in 13th place a massive 17 shots behind runaway leader Ryan Foxwho at 16 under par is completly dominating the tricky Whitford Park Golf Course. He is one shot ahead of fellow Waiariki Academy member Tyler Lock who has had two great rounds and one dissapointing round he is in 16th place with rounds of 68 78 69.
In the Womens section Chantelle Cassidy is playing consistent golf and lies in 4th place with rounds of 76 73 73 and Rotana Howard is showing signs of brillance but a lack of consistency see her in 13th place with rounds of 81 76 77.

With one round to play its all to play for tomorrow
